These are 30 minute treatments for groups of 4+ in your own home. Previous clients have expanded this experience to include their own take away food, home nibbles, drinks, games or simply to relax in the comfort of their own home. Travel charges may apply.
For groups of 4 or more individuals, each gets to choose from one of the following 30 minute treatments:

Group Facial
This is a pamper style party. The group will sit together and I will guide you through a facial. I provide everything that's needed i.e. products and hot towels. The group facial is proving to be a really fun event with my clients. The facial ends with a guided meditation and relaxation. This is €30 pp for a group of 4+. I can host up to 20 people for this. If you have more, please message me and i'll see if i can accommodate.

Are you looking for a girls night out with a difference?
An evening full of stretching, relaxation, pampering and most importantly great craic.
LB Health Fitness and Wellbeing and Harmony Lodge can have a great night planned for you all.

Soul-Full circles
In Partnership with Laura from Home Holistics
We'll begin by settling in with a cup of Hawthorn Tea, dropping into our heart space and setting our intentions for the evening.
Aisling will then lead you lovely ladies through a guided Eve Taylor facial, complete with hot towels.
You can then completely relax and switch off as you journey through a guided meditation, before Laura and Aisling treat you all to a mini Reiki healing as we bring the evening to a close.
Like all our Circles, this evening is all about filling your cup, taking time to just BE, creating connections and having fun, with the added bonus of a glowing complexion when you leave!

This can be booked as a private party. We do have some locations available depending on numbers or can also be held in your own home. This takes approx 2 hours.
